Fill out the form on our homepage with your company details, client information, and line items. Once complete, click 'Generate Quotation' to preview your quote and download it as a PDF.

Can I save quotations as PDF?

Yes, once you've created your quotation, you can download it as a PDF from the preview page. This makes it easy to save, print, or send to your clients.

Can I duplicate or reuse an existing quotation?

Yes, you can edit any quotation by accessing it from your History page and clicking 'Edit'. This will reload the form with all your previous information, allowing you to make modifications and create a new version.

How do I add my company branding to quotations?

In the Company Info section of the form, you'll find an option to upload your logo. Click on the upload area to select an image from your device. Your logo will appear on the generated quotation.

Do you support recurring quotations?

Currently, we don't offer automated recurring quotations. However, you can easily duplicate previous quotations from your history and update the dates and details as needed.

Can I apply taxes, shipping charges, or discounts?

Yes, our quotation form includes fields for taxes and discounts. You can specify tax rates and discount percentages, and our system will automatically calculate the final totals for you.
